Why bising Is Trending Today?

Tropical Storm Bising, initially strengthening into a severe storm outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), has since weakened and exited PAR. Its trough continues to bring rain and rough seas to Batanes and Babuyan Islands, with Habagat affecting the rest of the country. Although Bising is turning back towards PAR, any reentry is expected to be brief.

Tropical Depression Bising, initially a low-pressure area, intensified into a tropical storm while outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), causing rain and flooding in several Luzon provinces. It briefly exited PAR but may re-enter near Taiwan. Three areas in Northern Luzon were under Signal No. 1 due to Bising.
