The attacker, a 44-year-old man, was arrested and admitted to sending pornographic content. Żurek vowed that they would not allow such actions to continue. Donald Tusk, the former Prime Minister and leader of PO, commented on the arrest, suggesting that Jarosław Kaczyński and Krzysztof Bąkiewicz, leaders of the Law and Justice party, might be satisfied with the incident. The Minister of Interior and Administration provided details on the arrest, and it was revealed that the attacker had previously threatened to kill Tusk.
