On October 17, 2025, Superior Finlease Ltd issued notices attaching bank and demat accounts of several entities due to defaults. JITNEY INVESTMENTS PVT. LTD, Ancient Education Pvt Ltd, Ashworth Constructions Pvt Ltd, SPLENDID HOTELS RESORTS PVT. LTD, SHRAWAN, and ASHISH KUMAR SINGH, among others, had their accounts attached under recovery certificates ranging from 2024 to 2025. Additionally, on October 16, 2025, accounts of Susanto Chatterjee, Abhinesh Kumar, and Rathi Ispat Ltd were also attached under various recovery certificates.
