The disaster has irreversibly affected the salt deposit and the minister has initiated legal proceedings against the company's administration. Despite the disaster, the salary of Salrom's director was increased. The minister also acknowledged multiple culprits, including political entities, politicians, and justice, for their role in the disaster.
