The Supreme Court (STF) has two votes to reject a resource and uphold the conviction of President Jair Bolsonaro. Minister Alexandre de Moraes has voted to reject appeals from Bolsonaro and all other defendants involved in the coup plot. Moraes also voted to reject appeals from former military and minister defendants, maintaining their respective sentences of 24, 24, 19, and 21 years. Additionally, Moraes voted to reject Bolsonaro's appeal, upholding his conviction for leading the attempted coup and maintaining his sentence of 27 years and three months. The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) has secured votes to reject the impediment of directors in the Refit case.
