Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has asserted that every inch of Pakistan is now within the range of India's BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles. He made this statement while inaugurating the first batch of BrahMos missiles manufactured at the BrahMos Aerospace unit in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Singh also referred to the recent 'Operation Sindoor' as just a teaser, suggesting more military actions could follow. The event was also attended by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who joined Singh in flagging off the missiles. The production of BrahMos missiles in Lucknow is expected to boost India's defense capabilities and generate an annual revenue of around ₹200 crore.

India successfully test-fired its Agni-5 ballistic missile, a significant strategic leap in its nuclear deterrence capabilities. The missile, capable of carrying a nuclear warhead and covering a range of over 5,000 kilometers, can potentially reach targets in both Pakistan and China. This test comes amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions and is seen as a display of India's growing military prowess.
