In Novosad, a commemorative gathering was held at the railway station to mark the anniversary of the tragic collapse of a pedestrian bridge. Novak Djokovic, Tonino Picula, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and basketball player Nemanja Nedović all issued statements on the occasion. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Serbia also released a statement, expressing their commitment to cooperation with institutions and civil society. The event was attended by a significant number of people, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP). Today and tomorrow are declared days of mourning to commemorate the victims of the tragedy.
