Why raed Is Trending Today?

Raed Arafat, the head of Romania's National Meteorological Administration, has urged the public to prepare with water and food supplies in case of temporary isolation due to Cyclone Barbara. He emphasized that people should only travel during the red alert if it's absolutely essential. Arafat also advised the public to activate the Ro-Alert system on their phones, as a red alert for heavy rain and strong winds has been issued. He warned that extreme weather conditions are expected in Romania and encouraged everyone to enable their Ro-Alert messages.
