He made this statement following the flag-off of the first batch of BrahMos missiles produced in Lucknow, which are equipped with enhanced features. This development has further escalated tensions between India and Pakistan, as well as with China, given the BrahMos' strategic significance.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has asserted that every inch of Pakistan is now within the range of India's BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles. He made this statement while inaugurating the first batch of BrahMos missiles manufactured at the BrahMos Aerospace unit in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Singh also referred to the recent 'Operation Sindoor' as just a teaser, suggesting more military actions could follow. The event was also attended by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who joined Singh in flagging off the missiles. The production of BrahMos missiles in Lucknow is expected to boost India's defense capabilities and generate an annual revenue of around ₹200 crore.
