Additionally, patients can now report instances of being refused treatment at public hospitals and redirected to private clinics directly to the Ministry of Health. The Minister has emphasized that such cases should not be hidden but reported, recorded, and controlled. The legislation regarding nosocomial infections is also set to be modified to ensure better transparency and patient safety.
