Minister Charest has recognized the exceptional volunteer commitment of several individuals and organizations across various regions in Quebec, awarding them the Prix du bénévolat en loisir et en sport Dollard-Morin. These recipients include Tshapi Jourdain in the Côte-Nord region, Raymond McIntyre in Laval, Paul Gariépy and the Ville de Québec in the Capitale-Nationale region, and many others across Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Chaudière-Appalaches, Outaouais, Montérégie, Lanaudière, Mauricie, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Estrie, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Centre-du-Québec, Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Montréal, Nord-du-Québec, and Laurentides regions. Notably, the open-source project LineageOS has achieved something exceptional by releasing LineageOS 23.0 on over 100 different devices, the first version based on Android 16.
