These advancements are made possible by Navitas' 100V GaN FETs and 650V GaN/SiC devices. Additionally, Vertiv has collaborated with NVIDIA to advance 800 VDC platform designs, aiming to power the next generation of AI factories. Power Integrations has detailed its 1250 V and 1700 V PowiGaN technology for next-generation 800 VDC AI data centers. Eaton has also unveiled a new architecture to advance 800 VDC power infrastructure for AI factories.
